Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking orders, checking statuses, and processing returns
• Help de-escalate customer issues with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least six months of customer service experience preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Access to high-speed internet and a secured workspace is necessary
