Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Help de-escalate frustrated customers and occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least six months of experience in customer service is preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and have high-speed internet access
