Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
  • Assist customers with tracking orders, checking order statuses, and managing product returns
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and help de-escalate frustrated customers


Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • At least six months of experience in customer service is preferred
