Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking orders, returns, and other post-purchase inquiries
• Help de-escalate customer frustrations and occasionally assist with upselling

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• At least six months of experience in customer service is preferred
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM accurately
• Must have high-speed internet access and a secured workspace
