Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, and product returns
• Help de-escalate frustrated customers and occasionally assist with upselling

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least six months of customer service experience preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High-speed internet access and a secured workspace are necessary
