Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking orders, checking order statuses, and managing product returns
• Resolve customer issues and de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism

Required Qualifications and Education

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least six months of experience in customer service preferred
• Must pass a criminal background check
• High-speed internet access and a secured workspace are required
