Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases
• Assist customers with tracking orders, checking order statuses, and product returns
• Help de-escalate customer frustrations and occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least six months of customer service experience preferred
• Must have high-speed internet access with specific requirements
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
