Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Services Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service issues and assist in troubleshooting and entering service requests
- Educate clients and advisors on services and policies while resolving usability issues and referring complex cases to service partners
- Respond to customer inquiries and process routine service transactions efficiently to meet service goals
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Financial services industry experience is a plus
- Ability to explain policies or concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Skill in identifying and resolving root cause issues
