Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Customer Service Advisor will manage inbound calls, resolve provider and client requests, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while adhering to established guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve and input provider/client requests into the tracking system according to established guidelines
  • Respond to inquiries from internal employees, clients, and providers, ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Identify trends and process improvements to enhance call center efficiency and quality assurance
Required qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is desired
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate call queues
  • Proficiency in using software and hardware related to job responsibilities, including MS Office Suites
