Job Summary
To assist customers in making claims, the full-time Customer Service Advisor will handle calls and manage submissions through the in-house system, with remote work options available after the probation period.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers by taking claims over the phone and entering details into the system
- Evaluate claims based on provided information and company terms to determine acceptance or rejection
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process
Required qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and website navigation
- Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
