To assist customers in making claims, the full-time Customer Service Advisor will handle calls and manage submissions through the in-house system, with remote work options available after the probation period.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers by taking claims over the phone and entering details into the system
  • Evaluate claims based on provided information and company terms to determine acceptance or rejection
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the claims process
Required qualifications
