Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries and issues for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and provider inquiries accurately and timely
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
  • Documents member and provider information for quality and performance tracking


Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience necessary
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian is highly preferred
