Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries and issues for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and provider inquiries accurately and timely
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Documents member and provider information for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience necessary
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Fluency in Spanish, Chinese, or Russian is highly preferred
