Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide customer support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels
- Processes adjustments and coordinates with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Maintains records of customer feedback and recommends changes to management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operating skills and ability to work with standard office equipment
- Preferred: Associate's Degree
- Preferred: 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
