Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide customer support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication channels
  • Processes adjustments and coordinates with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Maintains records of customer feedback and recommends changes to management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer operating skills and ability to work with standard office equipment
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree
  • Preferred: 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Preferred: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
