Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels and document interactions accurately
- Initiate adjustments and perform research to resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and maintain records on complaints and suggestions for process improvements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
- Preferred: Associate Degree
- Preferred: 2 years of customer service or call center experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
