- Assist 50-70 individuals daily with healthcare-related inquiries, including PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits
- Navigate multiple web-based systems while providing exceptional customer service
- Participate in a 5-week intensive orientation and ongoing training to enhance skills
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- At least one year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient in using various web-based systems
- Experience in healthcare or insurance is preferred
- Background in social work or behavioral health is beneficial
