  • Navigate multiple web-based systems while providing exceptional customer service
  • Participate in a 5-week intensive orientation and ongoing training to enhance skills
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations
  • Proficient in using various web-based systems
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance is preferred
  • Background in social work or behavioral health is beneficial
