Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Mitigates complaints and serves as the front-line resolution advocate for inquiries
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience necessary
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
