Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support to clients via phone, email, and live chat across various platforms
  • Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues and deliver accurate solutions
  • Conduct client training and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in client service, customer support, or technical helpdesk
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and explaining technical issues to non-technical users
  • High-speed internet and a dedicated home office space
