Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds accurately, timely, and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication methods
  • Initiates adjustments and performs research to resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Maintains records on customer feedback and complaints, providing recommendations for improvements to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred Associate Degree
  • 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment required
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
