Job Summary

- Responds accurately, timely, and courteously to customer inquiries via various communication methods
- Initiates adjustments and performs research to resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Maintains records on customer feedback and complaints, providing recommendations for improvements to management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred Associate Degree
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment required
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
