Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II to provide support for member and provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve routine inquiries and issues for members and providers through various communication channels
  • Document member and provider interactions for quality and performance tracking
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • 1-2 years of related experience is required
  • Vocational or technical education may be preferred
  • Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
