Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve routine inquiries and issues for members and providers through various communication channels
- Document member and provider interactions for quality and performance tracking
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- 1-2 years of related experience is required
- Vocational or technical education may be preferred
- Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
