Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to assist customers with their health benefits inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
  • Guide and educate customers on health care topics and benefit plan options
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and navigating online resources
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
  • Experience with Windows PC applications and navigating complex systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime
