Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate to assist customers with their health benefits inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues on the first call
- Guide and educate customers on health care topics and benefit plan options
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and navigating online resources
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience
- Experience with Windows PC applications and navigating complex systems
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime
