Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, research, document, and resolve inbound inquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Process high volume, time-sensitive transactions while maintaining detailed documentation
  • Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, ensuring accurate processing of activities
Required Qualifications
  • One to three (1-3) years of customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and retain new skills
  • Experience in conveying complex messages and policy details clearly and empathetically
