Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, research, document, and resolve inbound inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Process high volume, time-sensitive transactions while maintaining detailed documentation
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, ensuring accurate processing of activities
Required Qualifications
- One to three (1-3) years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and retain new skills
- Experience in conveying complex messages and policy details clearly and empathetically
