Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I - Provider Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
  • Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
  • Preferred experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Call center experience strongly preferred
  • Completion of 6-8 weeks call center training is required
