Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to resolve inquiries and provide support to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to prevent escalation and resolves basic issues at initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
