Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for member and provider inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
  • Mitigate complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
  • Document all communications and maintain performance standards based on contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
