Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for member and provider inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
- Mitigate complaints to resolve issues during the initial contact
- Document all communications and maintain performance standards based on contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
