Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support and resolve inquiries for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and provider inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
- Mitigates complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position; little or no previous experience required
- Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
- Ability to work remotely with flexible shifts starting between 8:00am and 10:30am EST
