Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support and resolve inquiries for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and provider inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
  • Mitigates complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position; little or no previous experience required
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible shifts starting between 8:00am and 10:30am EST
