Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
  • Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
  • Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in customer service or billing support roles
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues
  • Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Familiarity with billing systems and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
