Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigates, analyzes, negotiates, resolves, documents, and reports on consumer and commercial billing issues and complaints
- Identifies solutions to billing issues and presents resolution options to customers
- Negotiates and authorizes billing settlements within established limits and adjusts customer accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in customer service or billing support roles
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues
- Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with billing systems and processes
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred
