Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries and concerns for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and provider inquiries and concerns accurately and timely
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact and serves as a front-line resolution advocate
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards based on established contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously
