Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
- Resolves basic issues and prevents escalation by providing accurate information and support
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Preferred experience in multitasking with multiple systems and programs
- Ability to adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations
- Experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
