Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers in a timely manner
  • Resolves basic issues and prevents escalation by providing accurate information and support
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Preferred experience in multitasking with multiple systems and programs
  • Ability to adhere to quality standards and compliance regulations
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
