Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving issues during the initial contact
- Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
