Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II who will focus on resolving routine inquiries and issues for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and research routine inquiries and concerns from members and providers, initiating corrective actions as needed
  • Serve as the front-line resolution advocate to mitigate complaints and ensure high-quality service
  • Document communications and maintain performance standards in a fast-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience is necessary
  • Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
  • Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
