Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries and issues for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and provider inquiries in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
- Documents all communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is highly preferred
- Ability to multitask using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred
