Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to serve as the first-line advocate for resolving inquiries and issues for members and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and provider inquiries in a timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
  • Documents all communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Experience in a call center or healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite is highly preferred
  • Ability to multitask using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred
