Job Summary

Providing quality support to members, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while working remotely in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Washington.

Key responsibilities
  • Educates members and caregivers about benefits and plan options, ensuring superior customer service
  • Responds to member inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
  • Participates in member calling projects and contributes to departmental improvements and efficiencies
Required qualifications
  • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills, including word processing and email
  • Experience handling high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated efficiency in a fast-paced environment
