Job Summary
Providing quality support to members, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while working remotely in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Washington.
Key responsibilities
- Educates members and caregivers about benefits and plan options, ensuring superior customer service
- Responds to member inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
- Participates in member calling projects and contributes to departmental improvements and efficiencies
Required qualifications
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in data entry and general computer skills, including word processing and email
- Experience handling high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service
- Effective oral and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Demonstrated efficiency in a fast-paced environment
