Job Summary

Working remotely within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will manage customer inquiries regarding health benefits, assist with enrollment, and guide clients through healthcare options while handling 50-70 calls daily.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call, identifying the type of assistance needed
  • Educate customers on consumer-driven healthcare topics to help them select the best benefit plans
  • Assist customers in navigating online resources and contact care providers for appointment scheduling
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for occasional overtime and weekends
