Job Summary

Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Advocate will manage communications via phone, written correspondence, and in-person interactions while working remotely after an initial training period in Columbia, SC.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond accurately and timely to customer inquiries, documenting all interactions
  • Initiate adjustments and perform research to resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and assist with process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer operating skills and proficiency with standard office equipment
