Job Summary
Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Advocate will manage telephone, written, and web inquiries, ensuring effective customer relations while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities
- Respond accurately and timely to customer inquiries, documenting all interactions
- Initiate adjustments and conduct research to resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as necessary
- Maintain records of customer feedback and complaints, providing management with recommendations for process improvements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and exercise good judgment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
