Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Customer Service Advocate will manage customer inquiries related to health benefits, assist with enrollment in plans, and guide users in navigating digital platforms while handling 50-70 calls daily.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries on the first call regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims
- Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist them in selecting appropriate benefit plans
- Contact care providers on behalf of customers to facilitate appointment scheduling and specialist connections
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with Windows PCs
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during scheduled business hours, including potential overtime and weekends
