Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Responds accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via various channels
- Processes adjustments and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintains records of customer feedback and reports on complaints to management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer operating skills and use of standard office equipment
- Associate degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
