Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level problem resolution to member and provider inquiries via telephone, ensuring accurate information and issue resolution
  • Utilize knowledge of products and contractual provisions to educate customers on benefits and services, documenting all interactions appropriately
  • Prioritize workflow and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer advocate records and participating in system testing as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology
