Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level problem resolution to member and provider inquiries via telephone, ensuring accurate information and issue resolution
- Utilize knowledge of products and contractual provisions to educate customers on benefits and services, documenting all interactions appropriately
- Prioritize workflow and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer advocate records and participating in system testing as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a call center customer service role or familiarity with medical or insurance terminology
