Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer member, provider, and broker inquiries regarding product information, benefits, claims resolution, eligibility, and billing
  • Provide first-level problem resolution and document client interactions according to departmental procedures
  • Maintain customer advocate records and guide customers to appropriate resources or programs
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred: 3 years in a call center customer service role or experience with medical or insurance terminology
