Job Summary

Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Advocate II will manage non-routine inquiries, perform research to resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond accurately and timely to customer inquiries via various communication channels while documenting interactions
  • Initiate adjustments and perform research to resolve inquiries, collaborating with other departments as necessary
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues and maintain accurate records of complaints and suggestions for process improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and demonstrate good judgment
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems
  • Basic computer operating skills and familiarity with standard office equipment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
