- Resolve complex inquiries by gathering information and verifying claims accuracy while documenting client interactions
- Mentor and lead lower-level Customer Service Advocates, ensuring accurate and consistent information delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of customer service experience
- 5 or more years of experience in a call center customer service role, preferably with medical or insurance terminology
- Ability to navigate PC systems and perform data entry
- Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
