Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex inquiries by gathering information and verifying claims accuracy while documenting client interactions
  • Mentor and lead lower-level Customer Service Advocates, ensuring accurate and consistent information delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 years of customer service experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in a call center customer service role, preferably with medical or insurance terminology
  • Ability to navigate PC systems and perform data entry
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching team members
