Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate IV to resolve complex issues for members or providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and research customer service needs, initiating corrective actions as necessary
- Provide guidance and information on complex member or provider issues to resolve inquiries
- Record all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the CRM application
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of related experience required
- Vocational or technical education may be preferred
- Experience working in AWS, Omni, CenPas, or Amisys preferred
- Available to work hours within 7:00am-7:00pm CST
