Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate IV to resolve complex issues for members or providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and research customer service needs, initiating corrective actions as necessary
  • Provide guidance and information on complex member or provider issues to resolve inquiries
  • Record all activities for quality and metrics reporting through the CRM application
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of related experience required
  • Vocational or technical education may be preferred
  • Experience working in AWS, Omni, CenPas, or Amisys preferred
  • Available to work hours within 7:00am-7:00pm CST
