Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide inbound support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide friendly customer service
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and assist with appointment scheduling
• Document calls thoroughly and make follow-up calls to customers

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
• Remote setup with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
• Computer and monitor provided; USB wired headset required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
