Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
Assist callers with technical troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
Document calls and follow up with customers regarding inquiries

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
Must have reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workspace
Must pass a criminal background check
Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
