Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
- Assist callers with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- Document all interactions and follow up on customer inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
- Compatible computer and tech gear required (no Macs or Chromebooks)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
