Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
• Assist callers with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
• Document all interactions and follow up on customer inquiries

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
• Compatible computer and tech gear required (no Macs or Chromebooks)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Availability between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
