Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to support government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and greet customers
Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
Document calls and conduct follow-up communications with customers

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
Must pass a criminal background check
Availability to work between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
