Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve inquiries from partners and customers through inbound and outbound calls/chats
  • Achieve cross-training in essential platforms and perform Job Management tasks effectively
  • Ensure timely execution of tasks and build strong relationships with partners
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in conflict resolution
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-functional team collaboration
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls/chats
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Experience communicating with higher leadership and documenting cases effectively
