Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide benefit information and support to callers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience by engaging with every caller
  • Thoroughly answer questions about customers' healthcare accounts and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle 35-50+ inbound and outbound phone calls per day while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or medical billing/coding certification
  • Additional TPA or payer experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in TPA or payer setting
  • Ability to work remotely and handle prolonged computer-based tasks
