Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide benefit information and support to callers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming experience by engaging with every caller
- Thoroughly answer questions about customers' healthcare accounts and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle 35-50+ inbound and outbound phone calls per day while collaborating with team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or medical billing/coding certification
- Additional TPA or payer experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience; 1+ year in TPA or payer setting
- Ability to work remotely and handle prolonged computer-based tasks
