Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various communication channels in a professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established guidelines
- Resolve or escalate customer inquiries as necessary while maintaining high quality in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- Experience: 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- Ability to work as a team member and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to read and speak English clearly and fluently
- Typing and writing abilities to respond to inquiries effectively
