Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various communication channels in a courteous and timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established policies and procedures
- Provide support on general inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using various software applications and CRM systems
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
