Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries through various communication channels in a courteous and timely manner
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using CRM systems and follow established policies and procedures
  • Provide support on general inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • 3 years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using various software applications and CRM systems
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
