Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with a positive attitude
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and schedule appointments
• Document calls and follow up with customers as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education is a plus
• Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check
• Remote setup with reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
• Computer and monitor provided; USB wired headset must be supplied by the candidate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage
